MSG (R) Linda Paschall - Path To Honor

Master Sergent (MSG) Retired Linda Paschall recently retired from the Tennessee National Guard after 23 years of service. In addition to specialties in Administration, Logistics and Recruiting & Retention, MSG Paschall lists a Master Fitness Trainer skill identifier, and several leadership schools.

I joined the Tennessee Army National Guard in 1985 to become a stronger, more productive person. After only a year as a weekend soldier, I realized that my future in the military would be changing. I accepted a full-time position in the National Guard in 1986 as a clerk typist. From there, promotional opportunities and additional job training seemed to be endless. I accepted all the training the military was willing to provide me, including attending college and earning 72 semester hours, while employed in the National Guard.

The last 10 years of my military career were spent working in the Recruiting and Retention Branch of the National Guard. Helping people to realize that the National Guard could assist them in receiving a degree from college, or provide them with civilian related skills, was the best job I had ever had. I am very proud to have been a part of the National Guard organization.
